Magi McGlynn has sadly passed away on or around the 22nd 23rd of May. It was an honour to have met him and a privilege to have captured his portrait on the 28th of June 2021 a truly fantastic and historical character. My condolences and thought to his family and friends. 😞 🙏 a true legend.

Vi ese mural, al otro lado de la carretera, desde la muralla de Lugo y me gustó la idea de una amiga que era ponerme a la distancia justa para mezclar la pintada de ese edificio que hizo un artista, todo hay que decirlo, con parte del muro de la muralla.
Estiré un poquito el dedo sobre el muro porque siempre me gusta darle un toque de...magia ;)

This lighthouse is found on the campus of SMCC. When I was taking the picture there was gusts of wind that made it feel like it was 10 degrees out.
I met this lovely gent in Callander today he said soon god will free Scotland, he said it with such soul that I believed him. I asked his name about three time but he just kept saying the same words over and over, so for now I’ll just call him Wallace until I find out different. I just had to show his soul in these images. Update: just got a message from one of his friends.

Under nobelveckan 2020 belyses Stockholms stadshus av konstnärligt ljus. Bilden visar ljusinstallationen ”Space” som är inspirerad av de två senaste nobelprisen i fysik. De ljusa ringarna på himlen har jag ingen förklaring till, kanske är det magi. Mitt bidrag till Fotosöndag och veckans tema "magi".
During Nobel Week 2020, Stockholm City Hall will be illuminated by artistic light. The picture shows the light installation "Space" which is inspired by the two most recent Nobel Prizes in physics. I have no explanation for the bright rings in the sky, maybe it's magic. My contribution to the Swedish group Fotosondag and this week's theme "magic".

Das Weinanbaugebiet "La Geria" auf Lanzarote ist eine weltweit einzigartige Kulturlandschaft. Da über Lanzarote fast das ganze Jahr der Nordostpassat weht, hat man in La Geria zum Schutz der Weinreben 60 bis 70 Zentimeter hohe, halbkreisförmige Natursteinmauern gebaut. Sie halten den starken Wind ab und durch die zahlreichen Zwischenräume kann eine leichte Brise wehen, die Kühlung und Feuchtigkeit bringt.

Die Herbstlorchel habe ich hier einmal bewusst wie einen Magier mit Zauberstab in Szene gesetzt. In meinem Hauswald stehen derzeit gut zwei Dutzend Herbstlorcheln im Laub, wo ich mich in der blauen Stunde im Zwielicht dran gemacht habe.
Ein Video "Pilze im Zwielicht" wird gerade vorbereitet, kommt demnächst.
