Macy Callaghan from Australia competed in Round 32 Heat 2, Women's Challenger Series at Van's US Open of Surfing, Surf City. She won the heat with a total score of 12.16. Macy is a 20 years-old veteran surfer and one of the favorite to lead the competition. She advanced to the Finals, however was defeated by young Bettylou Sakura Johnson of Hawaii.

This once was the Robinson's-May headquarters and attached to this old May Company store was Laurel Plaza, a "sMALL", a mall with about 30 or so stores or less and an ice rink but the Northridge Earthquake caused damages to it and it was torn down...
This was originally a Hudson's Department store. It was re-branded as Marshall Field's then again to Macy's in the 2000s.
The Briarwood Mall opened in late 1973 with Sears, JCPenney, and Hudson's (opened 1974) as anchor stores. In the late 1970s / early 1980s Lord & Taylor was added to the mall (some sources say it was built in 1978 and others say 1980). Lord & Taylor closed in the early 1990s and was replaced with a Jacobson's department store. The Jacobson's chain went bankrupt in 2002 and closed all stores. Von Maur bought the Lord & Taylor / Jacobson's building and opened a new store in it in 2003. Hudson's also switched to the Marshall Field's name then to Macy's in the 2000s.
Today, the mall appears to be doing fairly well. It retains Von Maur (a chain that seems very picky about where they open). The mall also drew in P.F.Chang's and Bravo! restaurants as well in 2014.

We were on one of our little walkabouts, and thought we should pop into the old Macy's on State. There's a newer one on the Magnificent Mile. It's a pretty cool store!
Macy’s Razorback
Warhammer and Nexo Knights seem like a perfect match to me. I don’t play the table top games but I really like the vehicle designs and imagery.
Pointers from Jerac (www.flickr.com/photos/jerac/5164163208) and Slnine (flic.kr/p/q6dhmy) are clearly evident in this one, specifically the scale and design of the tracks.
I tried to come up with my own solutions to achieving the angles and offsets, and I hope it compliments their incredible creations.

The University Square shopping center was opened in 2003. Today the shopping center has Target, Macy's and T.J. Maxx / Homegoods (Target and Macy's own the property their stores are on). University Square once featured a Tops grocery store on the bottom level but it closed just a year later in 2006 when Tops closed all their Ohio locations. Retailers such as Jo-Ann Fabrics, Foot Locker, Famous Footwear, and Pier 1 Imports have all either closed or relocated elsewhere. Some spaces in the shopping center were never filled to begin with. Currently (late 2016), only one non-anchor store, T.J. Maxx / Homegoods, remains at University Square, but plans to move to nearby Oakwood Commons. Applebee's also still has a restaurant in the shopping center. Today, there are talks about possible mixed-use redevelopment plans for University Square
The shopping center has five levels of parking and staggered store levels. 1- Access to Macy's and Applebee's, 2- Empty Tops Friendly Market level, 3- Access to Macy's, T.J. Maxx / Homegoods, and Target, 4- just for parking, 5- second level of Target.

Ok I wound up in purses, but i was at the Clinique counter and the best thing happened. I was buying new lipstick and the girl helped me pick out a nice amber lipstick "Sassy Spice" and matching liner. I forgot to put my macy's card in Kris's wallet, but she said she could look it up with a Drivers Liscence. So i gave her Joe's (aka Kris in enfemme mode) and she asked is this your husbands? I wanted to give her a kiss. I explained no thats me and she told me she would have never had known, that I looked great. :) Made my night and I thanked her, I love being accepted by GGs

Westside Pavilion Mall, which recently lost both of their major department stores: Nordstrom Westside Pavilion Department Store (closed 2017) and Macy's Westside Pavilion Department Store (2018). Closing sale.
This is from the liquidation of Macy's at Midway Mall in Elyria, Ohio. This closing is sadder since it is my hometown Macy's store. I had only been in here once in the preceding five years, so I certainly didn't help keep the store open...
This store opened in 1990 as a May Company department store. This 105,000 square foot store replaced an O'Neil's / May Company store in Lorain. In the early 1990s, this store rebranded as Kaufmann's. In 2006, the store was rebranded to Macy's. In January 2016, Macy's decided to close this location. At the time of writing this (early March 2016), the store is having its liquidation sale.

What an absolute surprise to ascend to the upper floor of Macy's in Herald Square and find these beauties.
