Five pills for Macro Mondays theme "five". HMM!
All of the pills together, measure 5/8 inches tall, by 1-1/4 inches wide.
Happy MM to everyone, tell me what you think...
And thank you so much for your comment and favourites in advance.
It’s all much appreciated.
Plantago major can be applied directly to the skin to stop bleeding. The back of the leaves will get the infections out and cleans the wound. Once the wound has become clean, new leaves are laid on, but now with the upper side down to the wound. The juice of the leaves will also help relieve the pain after biting of poisonous insects, and skin irritations which may have occurred after close contact with burns.
Studies have shown that the leaves contain chemical substances that disinfect damage, kill pathogenic organisms, prevent inflammation and accelerate the healing of wounds, tumors, insect bites and infections. The fresh leaves are shown to be the most effective.
Cool, eh? 😎
Mr. Moose spied the first tasty flower of the season and headed right for it, leaving me with nothing but a shot of his "backside".
Posted for: "Looking Close on Friday" theme; "Backside".
(The whole moose backside measures 1-1/4'" wide by 2" tall.)
I think he wanted Marks share of the brown cheese
He was just waiting to be served
Sorry pal, it disappeared down the hatch
Well, not quite
Winter Season is back though
Going below zero these days
Cars are crashing and everybody is surprised that it is icy on the roads
Oh winter tires, do we need that now
This happens every year
Not letting go
Isn't that what we do
Fear for the unknown
Clinging us to the past, to what is
Maybe clinging us to what we hope for to happen
We find all kinds of excuses for not doing what we need to do
Hoping for quick fixes
They don't work very well, by the way...
They never last
Because You didn't decide
Others did it for you, or coincidences did it for you
Taking the steps out of whatever we should have stepped out of
We may get all frozen in our thoughts
Not having the safety net we think we need
We postpone and postpone
Sometimes we even get ill
The worry gets inside us and are stuck in our mind and body
Thoughts keep coming up like ghosts appearing and disappearing
Reminding you
"Wasn't there something I should have done?"
One single drop is the last drop you need
Letting the glass get full, flood over
We do that
We are human beings, it's in our nature
You need to be mature
Have done your thinking
Pros and Cons
Finally to see what you should do is a blessing
So let this frozen drop melt and be on your way
Swoooosch - off you go 😄
This photo became a Sundayspeech
I often wonder how photos speak to me - this one did for sure
Have a great Sunday!
The pistachio nuts in the bottom of my jar, look as if they are deep in conversation. I'll bet they are wondering why several of their family members are disappearing each day. ;-)
New Sony wireless, noise cancelling, stereo ear buds in their charging case. I can tune out, or tune in, the world, thanks to Santa.
HMM!
Posted for Macro Mondays theme; "New".
The whole device seen in this image, open case and all, barely measures 2-3/4 inches by 2-3/4 inches.
For Macro Mondays theme; "Lockdown Song."
(A tiny matchbox car nears the city of Denver.)
During the lockdown, most people have dreamed of hopping in their cars, and traveling to their favorite places.
During this pandemic - the Willie Nelson song; "On the Road Again" does it for me. Come on summer- and goodbye to travel restriction's. I am missing my Canadian friends over in the Yukon.
HMM!
So Im enjoying my new snowflakes, they are already melting, but it was fun to crawl around trying to catch some cool formations ❤️
Aiko was eager too
He destroyed many of the formations
Lol
Probably was wondering if I was OK all the way down there - hehe
For Macro Mondays theme; "circles". HMM!
(A 2 inch yellow pyramid, enhanced with colored gels, reminded me of a space craft when I photographed it. The pyramid has a circle in each of its sides.)
