Pastel is possibly the purest form of painting –
we work with pure pigment and little else!

Cosmic Dust
I used a watch last week for 'Jewelry" so I needed to think of something different. Here I was determined to use a fast shutter speed to freeze the grains of sand. The only way I could find to do this, whilst keeping the light as soft as possible, was to use a high ISO (1000) which gave me 3200/sec. Edited in Lightroom.
Many thanks for all views, fav's and comments, which are always particularly welcomed!
Wishing you all a very happy Macro Mondays!

I really appreciate your comments and faves. I'm not a hoarder of contacts, but enjoy real-life, honest people. You are much more likely to get my comments and faves in return if you fit the latter description. Just sayin. :oD
