Love flowers that are at the end of their life. Some colored water brings out the dense colors of a dying bloom.
This is my first attempt at macro with flowers, I know it's not great as there's nothing in sharp focus but I liked the colours...
I love the crystal white of this flower and stamen is such an intricate and interesting focal point.
No color enhancement. This is the actual color of this flower. I am always amazed at what nature gives us.

Most of my flower portraits are captured in and around the city of Molde. The second largest city in the county of Møre og Romsdal. It lies along the shores of the Romsdalsfjord in Western Norway.
This charming city has been nicknamed the “City of Roses” since 1913. It boasts incredibly scenic views and surroundings and is filled with beautiful parks and gardens.
The park is located in the center of Molde. Alexandra Park has traditions as a park area all the way back to the establishment of Molde's first tourist hotel in 1883. Alexandra Park got its current form in 1954.
Ranunculaceae is a family of over 2,000 known species of flowering plants in 43 genera, distributed worldwide. The largest genera are Ranunculus, Delphinium, Thalictrum, Clematis, and Aconitum.

The five stamens seemed surprised and wanted to climb toward a soft green light. Another example a dying bloom's beauty.
Snowdrops basking in the afternoon sun. The weather is definitely a bit warmer today and I've been enjoying a little stroll in the sunshine.
