Makes me think or a colorful explosion. Lots of interest in a flower past it's prime.

One of the first roses I ever photographed with my brand new (at the time) Canon EOS 60D and EF 100mm Macro f/2.8 IS lens.

On Saturday, 5th May, 2012.

I dropped off my two girls to the 'Avenue T' dance academy and, after battling with those leotards and fixing the ponytails, I drove down to the nearby Roxborough Park to try out the Canon 60D with the macro lens, whilst the girls did their Saturday morning 'Jazz Ballet' dance training.

Photographed at the exquisite Roxborough Park Rose Gardens. The Hills District, Sydney.

And here is 'Groove Armada', from 2001, with their fabulously moody song: 'My Friend'. Check the groovy video clip.

Dendrobium Bacteosum

I love the little albino leaf trying to bloom.

Blue lily in the dark.

The local botanical garden is now closed and we are advised to stay home. I took this photo last week.

I wanted to give depth to the stamens and in the end it reminds me of 6 little snakes poking their heads out of a green void.

Never under-appreciate the beauty of a dying rose.

Photography concept

The camera is used instead of the brush.

expresses it with the camera.

I want to take a photograph like a watercolor painting.

I want to express the picture in the photograph.

A surprise critter came walking out of this jagged but beautiful bloom. There is so much color, I wonder what he was most attracted to.

Most of my photos are taken in and around the city of Molde, in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway.

This was taken at "Gotfred Lies plass" in the city

A white flower was placed at the right distance to be magnified with droplets.

Photoshop was used only for exposure adjustment. Honestly one of my favorite pictures.
