I poured 3 colours of metallic paint into a 100mm petri dish and let the fluids interact. Not a great shot but it has given me an idea for another set.

A delicate symphony of golden hues and textures, this photograph captures the gentle sway of wheat stalks under the warm summer sun. The shallow depth of field isolates a few elegant strands, emphasizing their intricate details and the fragile harmony of their fine bristles. The soft bokeh in the background creates an ethereal atmosphere, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the tranquility of the rural landscape. This image celebrates the quiet beauty of nature’s cycles, offering a contemplative moment of peace and connection with the earth.

Ok, you've seen art by me...now I'm showing you art by Mother Nature...I personally think that Mother Nature produces the most amazing works of art...we only need to look at it through the eyes of an artist!

bolted, the flowers are amazingly pretty. Not expected.

Ended up pulling them out because I cant ever seem to get them to bulb, so that we have something edible. Rain came and they all fell down. I took a few photos of these before the rain.

I love to find beauty and perfection in the common things... and plants! Those which we pass along everyday without even noticing their exceptional beauty.

Thank you hialoakapua for the wonderful inner picture you gave me with your comment :)

I added it to the title!

Azollas as they look like from close...in my little pool.
