After shooting an uneventful sunrise at Wallangarra just before Tenterfield, we all popped out our macro kits and got some nice closeups of the leaves.
- ISO 100, f4, 1/160, 50mm
- Lensbaby 3G
- Cheap Extension RIngs (about the same as the Macro x 4 ring in the Lensbaby Macro Kit)
- Canon 400D
Processing
1) Import into Lightroom as RAW
a) Curves
b) Clarity
c) Recovery
d) Brightness
e) Soft Light Layer in Photoshop
2) Export using Flickr Uploader and LR2/Mogrify plugin

This was taken in July 2007. Looks like great weather. Right now it's 16 degrees and we are expecting 6 inches of lake effect snow. I hope they are wrong!!!

A second film with my Miranda SLR camera Auto Sensorex EE (year 1972) and an Auto Miranda "E" lens 1:1.8 f=50 mm equipped with a Miranda 52 mm Skylight filter.
The Fujicolor film C200 was exposed for incident light (Minolta Autometer III) or the "S" (selective spot reading) EE mode (automatism for speed priority) of the Miranda body at 200 ISO then developed using a local lab service for C41 process.

After process the film was digitalized using a Sony A7 body and a Minolta Slide Duplicator with a Minolta Auto Bellows III with a lens Minolta Bellow Macro Rokkor 50mm f/3.5.

Reverse macro with Canon T7i, nifty fifty on a reverse mount. Uploaded and edited in Lightroom on my phone (laptop still down)
This macro is in honour of His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge - this 1952 Canadian dollar coin has his great great grandfather King George VI. It's quite beat up but I love the wear on it.
I visited the very diverse & wonderful Parrots Drumble Nature reserve at the weekend. After taking pics of some very unusual Fungi I found this tree stump & hammered in some loose change into the cracks & splits so if you visit add to them & make a wish.
