If you look from a short distance, 30-50cm, you will see white gentle cotton balls a little darker in the middle. But in macro mode with good light, you will see this beautiful seed with long white tails.
Taken with Super Takumar 2/55 manual focus, f 2.0 and extended tube 21mm.
