I have to admit that I don't remember what kind of flower this is, but I do know that this is definitely a macro, not a close-up, just after the rain.

Days ago I received two large bouquets of flowers from sweet family members. What a treat to study the details of each blossom. Recently I noticed one of the Lily flowers had finally opened. The sun was streaming in the window so the flower joined me in a celebration of its beauty.
The delicate structure of the flower's petals are in sharp contrast to the weight of the center. Perhaps that is one reason I love Anemones.

As the weather transitions to cooler weather once again, I'm so glad I'm still here on this Earth to see the beauty of each season.

There are times when clouds bring continuous rain showers, one must find their own little bit of sunshine. Thanks, golden flower!
The petals are translucent and as thin as tissue paper. It amazes me that one single flower can hold such beauty.
Actually a green flower bud explodes with varied hues.
