Horsham had it's first AmeriCARna celebration of all cars (and bikes) American, thanks to those excellent people at Max's Diner who set the event up in aid of St. Catherine's Hospice in Crawley.
This an handheld macro capture of the badge on a 1923 Buick.
A few days ago I upload the Peony bud just emerging

My garden. The Fern leisurely awakens, unfurling from hibernation.
Best viewed full screen. Looks far better on a PC/Laptop monitor.

The ferns in my garden are steadily unfolding. Now's the perfect time to capture some macro shots.

The Alliums in my garden are coming out :) This particular type is the Allium Siculum. Also know as the Honey Garlic, Sicilian Honey Lily, Sicilian Honey Garlic, or Mediterranean Bells. What ever you know it as, it's a lovely perennial plant and delightful to see bees pollinate them from below.

Grape Hyacinths in my garden.
Grape hyacinth, Muscari is a genus of perennial bulbous plants native to Eurasia that produce spikes of dense, most commonly blue, urn-shaped flowers resembling bunches of grapes in the spring. The common name for the genus is grape hyacinth, but they should not be confused with hyacinths.

Plenty of things going on at Ogston Reservoir, but sometimes capturing reeds n weeds blowing in the summer breeze is equally satisfying.
It's a 200-acre rural reservoir & Site of Special Scientific Interest known for its abundant birdlife.
Chilean Lantern Tree (Crinodendron Hookerianum)
Have this tree growing in relative shade. Must be getting on for 10 years old or more. Once in a while it gets pruned to promote new growth. If left alone it would be quite tall and wide, I have it around 4 feet tall and 3 feet wide.
C. hookerianum is a dense, hardy medium-sized evergreen shrub to 6m, with rigid, narrow, dark green leaves and fleshy, lantern-shaped, crimson flowers 2.5cm in length from late spring to late summer.

One of the two plaques either side of the gate to the entry of the church. I like the combination of the Ivy, ornate wrought iron, stone and wood come together in this small unassuming area with the church in the background.
Might change it to BW, see how it changes the mood of the shot.
I found the missing screw and popped it in :)

I love taking photos of rain droplets on little moss plants, or other tiny plants. You never know what the camera will reflect and magnify, and I do enjoy opening the pictures in the computer to see what's there. Often the detail has been so tiny, I've been unable to see it with my eyes.
One of my all time favouite garden plants. Here they are in my garden, growing nicely, two healthy bunches :)
