I wish someone hacked a proper control panel for Spaces which would allow better control of behavior (no I don't want to switch back to the desktop with the latest browser window when I open a new window in a new desktop. fuuuuuck!) and an always-visible dock (NOT Dock) of all spaces with windows (many of the old VD apps that Apple killed with Spaces had this feature and I neeeed it)
