The SUNY Old Westbury 8th Annual Student MAC Awards celebrating work in television, digial arts, new media, radio, video, and print.
The Mac Computer Expo was held in Petaluma, CA on October 6, 2012. Leo Laporte, the host of TWiT.tv and a Petaluma local, gave a tour to the vendors and speakers of the Expo. I was there for my second time as a speaker, this time on Reputation Management. We first had dinner at Cucina Paradiso then walked to the TWiT studios. It's a tv studio and a technology museum. #geekout iamsonomacounty.wordpress.com/2013/01/07/twit-tv-studio-t...
These are MAC pigments from the store Inner Beaut Revealed, owned by Julie Bowles MCClellan.
The labels are of different shapes and sizes. MAC never makes pigments with just numbers, and certainly not with irregularities like these.
The bottoms of the pots also do not have the trademark/watermark of the company that manufactures containers for MAC.
MAC shade names can fall off from a box, but never from the bottom of a jar.
As ubiquitous as it sounds, "Inbox" is a proper, Cocoa-authored desktop application that is a fully-fledged, elegant version of kGTD. Oyvind's really happy about it, and so might you! See it at www.midnightbeep.com/?p=79 (Thanks Oyvind!)

Apple Mac Mini (early 2009): 2 GHz Intel C2D processor, 1 GB of RAM, 120 GB hard drive, nVidia GeForce 9400M GPU.
I'm planning to upgrade the RAM (to 4 GB) and the hard drive soon. Dissembling photos coming then!

Decided to hook up the old G3 at the house, it's running mac os. 9.whatever which is really old! I can't get any new browsers until I upgrade to at least mac os X, which will be a minute. In the meantime I am having much fun cracking up at how slooooow this is and how 'old' the browsers are. I just have an ancient version of IE and it still has Netscape! navigator LOL! the IE runs very slow because it actually tries to read and render websites as best as it can, but the netscape is quick because it's just shows most sites as single line, gray background. Very old old! Takes me back to 1994 when I first got online.
Man, when we first got this computer (in 1999) it was the stuff. Now it's a dinosaur!
