Metro-North’s seventh heritage locomotive made its first visit to the Waterbury Branch on the morning of July 1, 2025, on train 1902. It's passing by the derelict Farrels/Ansonia Copper & Brass complex.
GE P32AC-DM 203 was overhauled and repainted at Metro-North’s North White Plains, NY Shop. This locomotive wears the silver and blue M Central scheme, which first made its debut on seven EMD FL9s operated by Conrail in 1979 through the mid-80s. The word “Central” under the MTA logo meant diesels in this scheme were only to be used on the Hudson and Harlem Lines, which were formerly the New York Central.

L549's read end has just cleared Partridge yard and is all on home rails now as the crew begins they couple hour journey back south to Gladstone to tie up for the day. This pair of standard cabs and unified train of covered gons looks good in the fresh snow taken from the M-35 over pass north of Palmer.

Another entry for the Roguebricks JahresChellenge. This time one of my all-time favorite themes M-Tron. It manly based on the Particle Ioniser (6923) from 1990. I am not completely satisfied with it because I couldn’t integrate the cargo main idea, or even some magnets. So, it turns more out like a scout ship then a cargo one. 😅
The pad is mainly inspired by this one by Filler Brick.
