The lunchbell rings at Bishops Palace, Wells, Mendip, Somerset, UK. The swans (along with their recently arrived offspring) have rung the bell over the years to gain the attention of the generous gate keeper.

We have visited Tourtour a couple of times in the past two weeks - one time per set of cousins who have visited us recently. It's such a pretty and laidback village so will always be on the itinerary for visitors.

One of many little bluetits currently visiting the feeders in the garden (image is actually from December) Had another go at applying a texture after watching an online tutorial (actually only retained about 20% of it - must try harder!!!!) I have a lot to learn but I'm enjoying it! (taken from indoors through glass so not as clear as I'd like ;) )
