Dinner Cauliflour boiling here for our cauliflour mash. It's a great alternative to mash potatoes. Much less calories and carbs and if done right a great texture and flavor addition. I added some garlic, little bit of 1% milk, low fat butter (1 tb), and nu-salt and black pepper. I always add a touch of paprika on my plate to them.
