It was a first meal of "Low-calorie meal". look at that salmon, oh it was very nice.

Scandinavian Airline, economy class from Narita to Copenhagen.

1) Mixed Vegetables, potatoes, pumpkin, spinach, garlic

2) carrots, yam/sweet potato, potato

3) Broccoli, beets, potatoes

4) Cauliflower, potatoes, can of diced tomatoes

I enjoyed this and have been eating the leftovers for lunch, but it's missing something.

 

I can't place my finger on "what." I did skip the nutmeg because I don't like nutmeg in anything other than pumpkin pie.

 

Perhaps if cheddar was more sharp? I can't decide. It was a quick, easy, light dinner though. (Also low points...3/serv)
