Tesoro 4: El color amarillo
Avda. AndalucÃa. Huelva.
Yup, I was on the floor to capture this. Sometimes the light came in between the building and columns (or between columns), casting a line of light. I like how this image captures the feeling of this being a special moment and also invites the viewer forward.
Well into 'long course season' and my oldest child swimming the 200 Meter Breast Stroke at the "TNT Spring ABC Age Group Meet". On his way to getting a new personal best of 2:57.60. Taking off almost 4 seconds from his previous time. Really proud of him. It was tough getting back to swimming after over a year off due to back surgery. Taken at a 'low angle' from the edge of the pool.
Got my friend skateboarding on an overcast day. It was fun trying things onto wood where it hurt much less to fall compared to on concrete.
In contrast to yesterday a golden low sun on the way home;)

Sorry Champi =(
The Buddhist flags guide your eyes towards the center of the gold guilded dome... I wanted to eliminate people from the view. Hence this angle
I wonder why the bystanders seemed to be excited and curious when I took a shot of a lady at Petaling Street. Maybe she is a somebody.
I photographed this at Ocean Beach, San Francisco some years ago. In those days, shore line was much higher and rocks were more visible. The rocks in the foreground in this image can not be seen anymore.
Toting his scooter, which he doesn't ride as much these days. One thing that I've learned to accept is that things change—and if you know kids, they're always changing. You won't recognize them tomorrow.

Art Nouveau Summer House
-----------------------------------------
This typical art nouveau ca 1900 erected 2 floored brick building was used as a noble summer house for weekend trips. From here there was once a beautiful view across the valley to over the Zellerau to the Steinburg and as far as Veitshöchheim.
After the second world war it served for a few years as emergency accomodation for those who lost their homes due to the bombing raids in Würzburg. Still impressive even today, is the oversized balcony. It seems the garden allotments around the house were abandoned long ago. Today the area is mostly densely wooded.

Jugendstil Gartenhaus
---------------------------------
