La Tour Elithis Danube est une tour de logements à énergie positive situé dans l'écoquartier Danube à Strasbourg. Le projet a été réalisé par le groupe Elithis, et consistant à bâtir la première tour de logement à énergie positive au monde, dans l'écoquartier Danube sur d'anciennes friches portuaires proches du centre-ville de Strasbourg. Le projet de tour comporte 66 logements pour une surface habitable totale d’environ 4 500 m2. Il comporte également des panneaux photovoltaïques sur sa façade sud et la terrasse.
The Elithis Danube Tower is a positive energy housing tower located in the Danube eco-district in Strasbourg. The project was carried out by the Elithis group, and consists of building the first positive energy housing tower in the world, in the Danube eco-district on former port wasteland near the city center of Strasbourg. The tower project includes 66 housing units for a total living area of approximately 4,500 m2. It also has photovoltaic panels on its south facade and the terrace.
Le quartier de Confluence à Lyon (France) se situe entre le Rhône et la Saône, au sud de la Presqu’Ile Lyonnaise. Longtemps dédié à l’industrie et aux transports, il fait l’objet d’un projet de réhabilitation depuis 2003 afin de profiter de ces friches industrielles et d’agrandir le centre ville de Lyon. Divisé en trois zones, ce programme s’articule autour de trois thématiques : les logements, les bureaux, les espaces de loisirs.
The district of Confluence in Lyon (France) is located between the Rhone and Saone, south of the Presqu'Ile Lyonnaise. Long dedicated to industry and transport, it has been the subject of a rehabilitation project since 2003 to take advantage of these brownfields and to enlarge the city center of Lyon. Divided into three areas, this program focuses on three themes: housing, offices, recreation areas.
Le Bassin est un port intérieur du XIXe siècle et également le nom d'une rue du centre de la ville néerlandaise de Maastricht . Le Bassin est situé au nord du Boschstraatkwartier et fait partie du nouveau quartier culturel Sphinxkwartier . Les bâtiments des côtés nord et est portent l'adresse Bassin ou Maasmolendijk ; sur les côtés sud et ouest, c'est Bassinkade . Le pont du Bassin divise le port en deux.
Le port en forme de L est souvent considéré comme le terminus sud du canal Zuid-Willemsvaart , mais il en fait en réalité partie. Le Zuid-Willemsvaart est relié à la Meuse par l'écluse 20 après avoir franchi le Bassin .
Du côté sud, le long du quai haut, se trouvent plusieurs entrepôts et immeubles d'habitation restaurés. Le Maastrichtsch Veem (Entrepôt de Maastricht), datant de 1860, est le plus remarquable. Ce haut bâtiment imposant, aux éléments néoromans, abrite aujourd'hui des logements et des bureaux. Cafés et restaurants sont installés dans les anciennes caves du quai, au bord de l'eau. La capitainerie, située à côté des escaliers, côté ouest, n'est plus tenue par un capitaine ; des distributeurs automatiques de billets ont pris le relais. Le petit bâtiment, restauré vers 2000, compte deux étages, accessibles depuis le quai haut et le quai bas. Le bâtiment blanc Eiffel (1929-1941) se dresse à l'arrière-plan.
The Bassin is a 19th-century inland port and also the name of a street in the center of the Dutch city of Maastricht. The Bassin is located north of the Boschstraatkwartier and is part of the new Sphinxkwartier cultural district. Buildings on the north and east sides are addressed as Bassin or Maasmolendijk; on the south and west sides, it is Bassinkade. The Bassin Bridge divides the harbor in two.
The L-shaped harbor is often considered the southern terminus of the Zuid-Willemsvaart Canal, but it is actually part of it. The Zuid-Willemsvaart is connected to the Meuse River via Lock 20 after passing through the Bassin.
On the south side, along the high quay, are several restored warehouses and apartment buildings. The Maastrichtsch Veem (Maastricht Warehouse), dating from 1860, is the most notable. This imposing, tall building, with neo-Romanesque features, now houses housing and offices. Cafés and restaurants are located in the former quayside cellars, along the water's edge. The harbor master's office, located next to the stairs on the west side, is no longer staffed by a captain; ATMs have taken over. The small building, restored around 2000, has two floors, accessible from both the upper and lower quays. The white Eiffel building (1929-1941) stands in the background.
The various outskirts of Greater Abidjan are undergoing large-scale housing development projects to address the housing crisis. The photo shows an example in the municipality of Songon, west of Yopougon, on the road to Dabou. These appear to be standard social housing units on small plots of land, available for purchase.
Les différentes périphéries du Grand Abidjan font l'objet de vastes opérations de lotissement afin de faire face à la crise du logement. La photo montre un exemple dans la commune de Songon, à l’ouest de Yopougon, sur la route de Dabou. Il s'agit apparemment de logements sociaux standards sur de petites parcelles qui sont accessibles à la propriété.
Habitat 67 est un ensemble de logements situé à Montréal à la Cité du Havre, qui longe le fleuve Saint-Laurent au sud du Vieux-Port. Construit dans les années 1960 dans le cadre d'Expo 67, le bâtiment a apporté une notoriété mondiale à son créateur, Moshe Safdie.
Habitat 67, or simply Habitat, is a model community and housing complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, designed by Israeli-Canadian architect Moshe Safdie. It was originally conceived as his master's thesis in architecture at McGill University and then built as a pavilion for Expo 67, the World's Fair held from April to October 1967.

This is an old building with no real architectural value and which could be doomed to disappear in the medium term due to the strong demand for housing in the Geneva Lake region.
Il s'agit d'un ancien bâtiment sans réelle valeur architecturale et qui pourrait être voué à disparaître à moyen terme devant la forte demande en logements sur l'arc lémanique.
Cet immeuble de logements a été imaginé par l'architecte français Christian Biecher et l'agence chinoise MAD. Implantée dans le quartier des Batignolles (Paris 17e), elle se distingue par ses courbes . Inspiré des cultures des collines asiatiques, UNIC déploie une succession de terrasses suspendues aux courbes sinueuses qui allègent la verticalité des constructions modernes.
Le projet se compose d’un socle de deux niveaux abritant commerces, crèche et station de métro. Il est surmonté de deux émergences accueillant 78 logements en accession à l’ouest et 48 logements sociaux à l’est. Le toit accueille un jardin partagé et une serre, destinée aux enfants et adolescents, selon le principe « The Green House Project »

This apartment building was designed by the French architect Christian Biecher and the Chinese agency MAD. Located in the Batignolles district (Paris 17th), it is distinguished by its curves. Inspired by the cultures of the Asian hills, UNIC deploys a succession of suspended terraces with sinuous curves that lighten the verticality of modern constructions.
The project consists of a two-storey base housing shops, nursery and metro station. It is topped by two emergences housing 78 housing units in the west and 48 social housing units in the east. The roof hosts a shared garden and a greenhouse, intended for children and teenagers, according to the principle "The Green House Project"

Who said that it's always need to have warm weather to have such good holidays ? Maybe not that much and this the better. Self Remember of thoses days in the north of Norway in a front of the Lyngenalps. We've found an amazing place where to sleep. After a diner, time for outdoor activities and auroras shows till the early morning.

Lors de notre visite dans le nord de la Norvège, nous avions trouvé un magnifique logement au bord du bras de mer avec les Lyngen Alps. Après un diner dans le logement, en route pour les aurores boréales ! Une pour commencer, devant notre logement de la nuit.

A Kyoto, tout quartier à son temple et à moins de 100m de notre logement qui était un ryokan dans le vieux Kyoto nous sommes tombés dessus sans vraiment le chercher.
In Kyoto, every neighborhood has its own temple and less than 100m from our home, which was a ryokan in old Kyoto, we fell on it without really looking for it.
Dimanche après-midi, le DAL (Droit Au Logement) a occupé un gymnase rue du Renard pendant quelques heures. Après la promesse d'un rendez-vous avec Delanoë la semaine prochaine, les 150 à 200 militants et familles ont quitté les lieux vers 20h30, après une brève manifestation jusqu'à la place de l'Hôtel de Ville.
Dans le gymnase, les enfants passent le temps en jouant, sautant des espaliers sur les matelas.

La Fuggerei est le plus vieil ensemble de logements sociaux du monde encore en fonction à ce jour. Elle a été créée dans le faubourg de Jakob - la Jakobervorstadt - à Augsbourg, en Allemagne, dans le département de la Bavière par Jacob Fugger dit le Riche de la richissime famille des Fugger en 1516. La charte de fondation date de 1521. Elle continue de fonctionner pratiquement à l'identique jusqu'à nos jours. Elle appartient à ce jour à une fondation privée contrôlée par les trois lignées de la famille Fugger. Fuggerei est classée au patrimoine mondial de l’Unesco en juin 2019 (tout comme Augsbourg).
Santorin, en grec Σαντορίνη / Santoríni, aussi appelée Théra ou Thíra, Θήρα / Thíra, est une île de Grèce située en mer Égée. Elle est l'île la plus grande et la plus peuplée d'un petit archipel volcanique comprenant quatre autres îles, auquel on donne parfois son nom (voir archipel de Santorin).

Η Σαντορίνη, Θήρα ή Στρογγύλη (παλαιότερη ονομασία) είναι νησί που βρίσκεται στο νότιο Αιγαίο πέλαγος, στο νησιωτικό σύμπλεγμα των Κυκλάδων, νότια της Ίου και δυτικά από την Ανάφη. Απέχει από τον Πειραιά 128 ναυτικά μίλια και 63 ναυτικά μίλια από τη Κρήτη. Ο Αθηνιός, το μεγαλύτερο λιμάνι του νησιού, έχει δημιουργηθεί στον ομώνυμο όρμο.
