An abundance of flora around Watnall Woods, Nottinghamshire. I would like to know what this plant is. I think its Cuckoo Flower or Lady's Smock.

More lockdown garden photos. This rush I found self set from somewhere, it was about 20cm tall when I found it in a pot amongst other plants, its now 50cm after replanting by the pond.
