Have not lifted my camera for over a year now but was tempted by this pose from Ruby, our Dalmatian. She is great company during this lockdown and at times supplies more entertainment than the T.V.
Stay safe everyone..!!!

I love country music, but I didn't have anything to shoot, so I searched songs with my name.... and found this Tom Petty song, that I never heard and glad I found... I took a picture of this on my phone, so it made the size requirements....
I doctored it up a bit for the challenge!
Here I am walking alone, but my lockdown dream is that one day soon, we can all walk together without the fear of covid...
Many thanks dear friends for your views, faves and supportive comments. These are always very much appreciated.

This was taken outside of Hobart on our way to Port Arthur in Tasmania. The banding of coloured sand alternating with the water made a striking scene. At first I was annoyed when this couple walked into my photo but then I released they were a bonus and added to the composition.
I don't know whether it is lockdown, being away from photography for a few months but I just seem to be having so much trouble picking something to post. I second guess everything. Hopefully it will pass!
The coronavirus lockdown has seen an increase in domestic abuse around the world as women, and sometimes men, have been locked in with their abuser, unable to speak out or get away. It is thought that cases of domestic abuse may have increased by between 20% and 50% during the pandemic. As we come out of lockdown our support and friendship may be needed more than ever. Listen out for the 'silence'.
