Wearhouse loading dock in the old part of the Grand Junction railyard. I believe the other side of this warehouse lines up with the railroad yard but couldn't get around the building to check it out for sure. Grand Junction, Colorado.

We walked by this building on our photo walk last weekend

It sure seems like that, sometimes!

Taken in Port Moody, BC, it's a shot of the ship loading dock near the Pulp Mill area. The three grey stacks on upper right are at the old oil refinery when this area became populated; I believe they are not in use any longer. I always loved this 'oldie' (2009) water scene, took this shot from my south west facing balcony and before I had my zoom lens.

Gladstone loading dock It is situated in the northern dock system in Bootle. The dock is connected to Seaforth Dock to the north and what remains of Hornby Dock to the south. Part of Liverpool Freeport, Gladstone Dock is operated by the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company.

There is a building I keep walking to in hopes that there wont be any cars in front of it...But, as usual, there were cars blocking the building...so instead, I took a picture of this one nearby.

An abandoned building still has lots of interesting photographic appeal.

recently there were a couple great nights of fog. i was suprised at how much light you get in the frame when the fog diffuses the light through the night air.

Keady is a tiny hamlet in Southwestern Ontario's Grey County a few miles southwest of Owen Sound. I stopped on the outskirts of town for this photo on September 16, 2019 while returning to Lambton Shores from Owen Sound.

The Bando de Kvar ( flickr.com/groups/2472126@N24/ ) finally managed to get all the members’ timetable to sync and went out for one of our occasional group photo shoots. This is another image from the Old City Niagara Falls series. While much of the old city area of downtown Niagara Falls is looking a bit past its prime, some parts are fully functional. But in this case, one such up-to-date area is a loading bay area behind one of the Queen Street businesses. The harsh light had transformed this spot into a minimalist yellow on black abstract. – JW
