Just in Dorset for this weekend, first part of the day the sun was shining so went for a walk along the coastline and in the gorse spotted a couple of lizard types, Wall Lizards and the lager Green Lizards both are not native species. When you look at the capture where I managed to see both together you can see the size difference. Even though in this capture the Green Lizard is a small one.
A tiddler of a lizard soaks up the sun at Chambers Farm Wood. It didn't appear too bothered by me thrusting a lens so close to it.
It appeared at the back of a log pile and scampered and jumped its way to the front - I'd have loved to photograph its leaps, but it was going way too fast for me!
One of several little lizards found wandering over the rocks in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. Quite a handsome devil, with his little spines. I took a fairly agressive crop in order to highlight the details.
