I know I didn't take this picture yesterday - but I didn't take any pictures yesterday except with my old skool slide film. I'm taking the film in today to get it developed - I hope when I get them back it feels as wonderful as getting back slides in the '70s felt

I didn't feel up to going out today but try stopping me in this beautiful weather. We drove at first to Ferryside to take in the sea air and the sunshine before heading back for lunch at The Ship Aground Pub at Pembrey/Burry Port. We saw two Chevrolets there and the owners were quite happy to allow us to take pics of the car. Huw being a car enthusiast took far more pics than I did but here are two of mine.

Saw this photo in my friend Jofelle's Multiply and I thought I'd steal it because:
1) I love this shirt (i have them in 2 colors, now old and faded), and
2) It reminds me of how I came to use 'live the dream' as my online monicker.
Kathmandu is an outdoor gears shop that has its roots in Australia but is now HQ'd in NZ (www.kathmandu.com.au). Years ago, when I used to travel to Sydney for business, I'd always find myself 'hiking' to Town Hall to browse at the many outdoor gears shops lining Kent Street, that includes Kathmandu.
Anyway... Kathmandu's mantra is "Live The Dream". In their own words, they are:
"A group of people passionate about living the dream - not playing it safe but trying new things, always searching out new toys. We’re not world famous explorers (though they can be our customers) but everyday people helping turn fantasies of escape into real possibilities."
I like that. Adventure. Lara Croft. Indiana Jones. Bill and Ted (well, maybe not).
I like to think that I'm one of them living the dream. Are you?
Finally, I had it developed after gazillion years! I personally adore each shot in this project! Its also my first time to an international doubles project :) Hooray! Thanks to my ever dear flickr friend - Live-the-Dream!
More doubles for us Ruby!
