We went to the Uvas Canyon County Park in Morgan Hill, located in the southern part of the San Francisco Bay Area, California. The creek currently is a lot of water because of extended rain. This is a waterfall at the Swanson Creek.
I processed a balanced, a realistic, and a paintery HDR photo from a RAW exposure, blended them selectively, carefully adjusted the color balance and curves, added some vignetting, and desaturated the image by 97%. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.

Colorado Springs, CO - I was inspired by this week's Flickr Friday Theme "Cocktail". I used a lightbox (that would normally be used to view negatives) as a light source and dropped an ice cube in the whiskey (I know this is blasphemy in the whiskey culture but I had to do it for effect).
As for this whiskey, it's very good, Buffalo Trace. I highly recommend it.
