How to put debian linux on Old Pc. Everything went fine up to the point where I could not get the serial port to recognize the serial mouse. Other than that, the pictures speaks for them self. The PC is a Celeron processor 466 mhz with 512ram. The object of this project is to turn the old pc into a wifi gateway.

This is my Ubuntu Desktop setup. I wanted something clean and simple.
The system stats are done through GKrellM. I was going to use conky, but nothing frustrates me more than finding a conky setup, and then modifying it fit the desktop. GKrellM might not be as customizable, but it's definitely just as powerful.
Since I've jumped in the "Linux's train", I thought I would create a bit... Linux Mint, try it, you'll love it...
