En el límite geográfico de la provincia de Pontevedra se esconde un pequeño tesoro marinero que limita al sur con el Miño y Portugal, poniendo punto y final a las Rías Baixas: A Guarda.
Recorrer sus calles nos transporta a otra vida, gracias al inconfundible olor a algas y sal, a los colores que evocan el mar y a los rincones escondidos que atesoran múltiples encantos.
EL pequeño puerto, sin duda, el corazón de la ciudad, permite observar de primera mano los aparejos de pesca, las redes, las pequeñas embarcaciones y observar una de las mejores panorámicas de A Guarda, pues desde aquí se aprecia el colorido de las estrechas casas marineras en todo su esplendor.

Sunrise at a 5 star lodge accommodation near Te Anau. My wife found a deal on the internet! You might notice the "grain" (noise) where I extracted as much shadow detail as I could from a single RAW file (and forgot to turn down the ISO after astro shots the night before). In hindsight I could have taken a second shot to get the foreground but there we are. Have a great Thursday (8 17 am here) and thanks for visiting.

Etna is currently the highest and the largest volcanic cone in Europe (145 km circuit at the foot). Height of 3340 m above sea level (as a result of explosions is subject to change).

Etna to obecnie najwyższy i największy w Europie stożek wulkaniczny (145 km obwodu u podnóża). Wysokość 3340 m n.p.m. (wskutek wybuchów ulega zmianom).
Zbudowany jest głównie z bazaltów. Z krateru na szczycie wydobywają się pary i gazy, w czasie erupcji – bomby wulkaniczne i popioły. Dolne stoki są gęsto zaludnione. Pola uprawne, sady i winnice sięgają ok. 800–900 m n.p.m. Górna granica lasu na wysokości 2200 m n.p.m. W górnym piętrze przez większą część roku zalega śnieg. Od V wieku zanotowano 80 dużych wybuchów, z których najsilniejszy był w 1669 roku. Została wtedy zniszczona Katania. Ostatnia erupcja wulkanu nastąpiła 4 marca 2012 roku.
El río Traful es un corto rio que está ubicado en el sudoeste de la Argentina. Nace en el lago Traful y recorre un amplio valle en dirección hacia el este, hasta su desembocadura en el Limay. Sus afluentes más importantes son los ríos Mineros, Cuyín Manzano y Córdoba. Está enteramente ubicado en el Parque Nacional Nahuel Huapi. Pero, al estar fuera del área de reserva ecológica, el paisaje se ha visto alterado en los últimos años del siglo XX. En sus nacientes está rodeado de bosques de cipreses, que se hacen progresivamente esporádicos hacia el este. No está permitida la navegación en este río, y la pesca está limitada a escasos lugares de acceso público, limitada a la modalidad "con mosca". No obstante, en estos lugares resulta un importante foco de atracción para los pescadores de salmónidos.

My daughter picked up this miniature Eiffel Tower keychain while on her travels around Europe in the Fall of 2022. She had spent a semester studying abroad and stayed in Cologne, Germany. She admits that Paris was her most favourite place to visit among all of the places she travelled to.
Today I thought I'd get one more photo in before I have to take my Christmas tree down. Everything is finally put away now till next year.
