Boston MTA PCC 3252 signed "No Stops" is coming off of Centre Street onto South Street in 1963. The voters of Clackamas County have rejected the light rail line connecting them to Portland. They don't want the Portland liberal hippie fag culture infecting their Tea Party way of life. Or something.
Since the County's already contractually obligated to the extension of the metro-area light rail system and construction - including a snazzy new bridge - is well underway, the transit agency is having to sue their ass.
