At the end of the installation day, the residents joined Pomegranate Center for a BBQ and an "unveiling" of their new light posts. Kids ran to each post pointing out their drawings while proud parents snapped pictures. One resident said "This is so cool! All the kids here are going to feel such a different kind of ownership about their community now. I wish all our neighborhoods had stuff like this."
