I think this year I enjoy the simplicity of it.
The small bronze stag that always reminds me of CS Lewis story of Narnia, the stag and the lightpost.

Onset of winter in April and I have to admit: I like it. Actually, one could almost set up a rule of thumb: the more uncomfortable the weather, the more exciting it is for the landscape photographer.

I am not overly thrilled with the new price plan Flickr is offering for 2023. Another 20% increase with nothing new to show for it. It's also a whopping 69.4281% increase since the initial starting fee of $42.49 in 2019.

A pair of Cooper's Hawks have a nest right in the neighborhood and have been providing great views for passerby's. The size difference between the male and the female is pretty obvious up close, and the male has been bringing food back to the nest a couple of times a day.
Well, I have been off this cookie shit and out to the real world for sometimes now (super busy) and do you want to know what's it like in the real world? Well, the food and drinks are better, but beyond that, I don't recommend it.
