MANILA, PHILIPPINES, October 9, 2012: Netizens and Militant groups protest in front of Supreme Court in Faura Street, as they wait for TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) on Republic Act 10175 known as The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 which lawyers, media organizations and netizens slam the law for its ambiguities, insertion of Libel as Cybercrime and the power it gives the government to shut down any website.
