When I took this shot I had no idea of how the light looked until I uploaded it to my computer. I took 2 similar shots and both had this effect of the coloured light flares. I liked this coloured effect; it's like a special effect from heaven, even if it was caused by my camera! Usually one gets these coloured dot flares, but this was more unusual and totally un-intentional.
i'm in denmark right now and i can now confirm my utter adoration and fondness for european capital cities. the architecture is everything.
Taipei has been raining for a week. I can only stay at home to reprocess my shots taken previously. The fog looks beautiful at blue hour. Hope the rain will stop soon and I can take new shots.

This was our last night on the ship as we were steaming NW directly toward the Florida Coast, and the sunset in the west was directly ahead of the bow. Almost as if the captain pointed the ship directly at the setting sun! A magical sunset at sea developed. Magnificent! And we were headed straight at it! Was pretty windy, but absolutely incredible for the dozen or so of us out on the bow witnessing this. A truly awesome sea-sunset. Spectacular! Thank you for looking.

There was a heavy shower in the afternoon before sunset. I did not go shooting at all. However, the fog started to cover the city after the rain stopped. I ran to this new shooting spot where is not popular yet. The view is quite good too. I did enjoy shooting along with the beautiful nigh cityscape as companion.
今天的天氣變化很大，傍晚台北下了磅礡大雨，雨一停，平流霧馬上就開始美麗地罩在城市半空中，想必大屯山一定人山人海，就衝去貓空新蓋的「望遠亭」。視野也很棒，可惜右邊有顆大樹，下次夕陽時，再去多試幾個角度，趁還沒名氣前，盡量多拍幾張囉！

This was the last sunrise prior to this typhoon but still not a very beautiful one. Love the drifting clouds and purple tone~ hope typhoon will be gone tomorrow.
