I have this growing obsession with ceiling fans; especially ceiling fans in abandoned houses. Plus, I really liked the colors; the browns, tans, etc. [spring '11]
We went to Office Depot to buy me a desk chair. (Actually we went to three Office Depots and one Office Max, but that's another story.) The lights at one of the Office Depots are angled every which-a-way, I guess to better light the merchandise.
Old Seoul Station, built in 1900, had been lying abandoned and neglected ever since the shiny, big and new Seoul Station was built next door in 2004.
I'm so glad they are using it for art exhibitions now. Last week I went to the Seoul International Photography Festival there. I did spend a lot of time looking at the photos, but mostly I was mesmerized by the fancy old chandeliers. I hope they preserve these ornate light fixtures.
We took a friend out for lunch today and this was one of the interesting light fixtures in the restaurant - made with Smirnoff vodka bottles. Other chandeliers were made with beer bottles, tabasco bottles, etc.

I don't remember where I took this, but how badass is this light fixture? I would like to own one and then hang it over my dining room table.
Lighting inside Crust Pizzeria, one of my favorite places to eat, located at 2258 Professor Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States.
The day we went to Tower of Terror at Disney-MGM, there were no lines at all for the ride, so I took my time wandering up the pathway taking photos. This is my favorite of the bunch.

THIS is the main reason I drove to Topeka today. Yes, there were some other things I wanted to see and shoot, but goal number one was to eat at Bobo's Drive In, a Topeka landmark since 1953. This was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten anywhere, and the fresh, hand-dipped onion rings far surpass any I have ever tasted.
Bobo's has been featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and was selected as one of 8 Wonders of Kansas Cuisine. www.kansassampler.org/8wonders/cuisineresults.php

This is the light fixture above our table at E&E Steakhouse on Indian Rocks Road in Largo, FL. It was a great restaurant and had the best wait staff that I've seen in ages!!
