A Macaw at Parrot Jungle has a cap of light on it's head from above. I don't know what kind of Macaw this is but it's a beautiful bird.

a very special encounter,

a flap-necked chamaleon ( chamaeleo dileps ) found next to the bedroom door.

these animals are a real wonder ,i love them but they are very hard to photograph during their nocturnal activity.

as we all know chamaleons are not easy to detect.this time i luckily see a strange shape under my torch.

so i managed to get a shot with my mobile phone.as you can see the chamaleon skin had an incredible reaction under the light.
