Probably what the view of Oakland looked like for most Carnegie Mellon students during Spring Carnival. Taken from Flagstaff Hill.
This pic was taken in a small tunnel near my house. The camera was set on the tripod and manually focused using a torch to light up the focus point. Camera was set to ISO200, F8 and and bulb mode was used to achieve 1minute exposure (wireless shutter release was used to end exposure). walls were painted with a torch using different coloured plastic to emit different colours (torch was hidden from camera by me walking away from camera and having torch onfront of my body). After the bend in the tunnel i turned around and ran at the camera making swirling patterns with the torch and interchanged the coloured plastic slides as i ran (5 different colours used)
