Moleskines come from Italy, Rhodias from France, but this one is nearly local ... from Baja California. A quality cover is heavier duty than most lab/comp books in the US, as well as coated to be water resistant. The Fisher Space Pen Bullet on the cover should give an indication of rough size. It's nearly an inch thick - 200 sheets divided into four sections. It was a gift from somebody I admire. I'm planning on acquiring more. I may use some of Instructable hacks to add an elastic to hold it closed and an attached bookmark.
