CAFNR Research Symposium: Solving What’s Next – Innovation at the Intersection of Life, Food and Data

 

The fifth annual CAFNR Research Symposium highlighted the groundbreaking work of students, post-docs, faculty and staff in the University of Missouri’s College of Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources (CAFNR), all contributing to a healthier world through innovation. It was held Oct. 1, 2025 at Memorial Union on the Mizzou campus.

Glenn Davis Stone, anthropologist and environmental scientist, delivered the keynote talk titled “The academic dilemma: underlying philosophies of agricultural research.” The session was moderated by Mary Hendrickson from the Division of Applied Social Sciences (DASS).
