From the fishy (like 2 almonds, points out) shape, and yellow, I'm guessing these are Mackerel. Bigger than Sardines, which are more cylindrical, and certainly not Anchovies. This is in the 3rd floor tank between the top of the Kelp Forest and the walkway to the bridge over to the new building. I have to see if there's a what's-in-the-tank map.
