Let It Be

This is from my new series of Fictional Relics on www.moonwild.etsy.com. I used found metal pieces and old photos and odd pieces of found text, such as the title, to create these pieces.

This piece is built on a 7 by 11 inch vintage metal tray with a handmade wooden scaffold backing. I added an altered fork, jewelry piece, a hand sculpted Buddha face, cogs, and other pieces to create the work. It looks like a relic from a Buddhist Monastery. I have been creating assemblages for years and continue to enjoy the medium as my art evolves.

It has a hanger on the back for easy display.

Eu adoro esmaltes lilás/lavanda. Só acho q n combina mto com o meu tom de pele, mas gosto mesmo assim. :-)

Esse Sephorinha comprei já faz alguns meses (n, n foi na "Black Friday".) e demorei para usar. Ele veio meio grosso, mas n tive dificuldades para esmaltar. Foram 2 camadas, fácil de limpar, secou rápido. Usei o top coat da Sally Hansen por cima pq ele secou meio fosco e eu queria um mega brilho.
