also,
take a ride with your family.
It can be a short walk in a park or a long trip to distant places in the world... if it is with your family, you will have moments of great happiness.

22/100: 100 Flowers 2020
Self seeded wild garlic that comes up in my garden every year...just in time for the April challenge. I've been waiting for the flowers to open enough for a photo.
Smile on Saturday group: yes, it isn't really a minimalist photo, but it was the best what I could share today :)

100 Flowers 2020
I really struggled to get inspired today and took this far too late on a miserable grey, wet day with very little light. It's against the window with a voile curtain around it. I added a soft film filter to lighten it for more of a high key look.
Having to post and run but will try to get back later.
My final photo for October 2017: A month in 31 pictures. Great to see all your photos again this year...may see some of you in April to start all over again!
Also #43 in the weekly challenge - Opposites – Interpret this one however you like.
I had a few ideas for this one but I've been trying to find the time to put them in place. In the end this was a bit of a rushed job as the light was fading fast. Much as I love autumn, I already long for lighter evenings.
Interestingly Flickr has tagged this as animal and cat!
Crazy Tuesday - Negative space
#98 - 100 x challenge - Lensbaby
I made this little boat some time ago and kept it as a prop...you just never know when these things will come in handy. :)
The boat is placed on some tulle with fairy lights behind then blended with an ICM image. HCT

A little play with my light panel today.
Looking Close on Friday...Jam
I'm trying to find my mojo and wondered if it was lurking in the bottom of a jam jar. Sadly not but I thought I'd have a go at this theme anyway. Some raspberry jam with a sprinkling of dried rose petals to add a little interest to a less is more shot. HLCoF
Lensbaby Trio 28 on Velvet setting, and macro filter.
I saw a kestrel on a fence. I tried to creep up on it to take photograph. It allowed me to get with two yards, then took off. I thought however this was a nice portrait in silhouette and against the clouds.
Day 129/365:
I've been away for a few days so haven't managed to keep up with comments, I will have to start afresh as I have no chance of catching up. Got home very late tonight, exhausted and hadn't got a photo...scraped in at the last minute with a high key shot using my light panel. I have done similar before but I was desperate and made it slightly different. Off to bed now.
This is the new Main - Bridge in Würzburg. Unfortunately, I don't know the branch of industry, I took the photo while a a visit in Würzburg on the river Main. Actually there is blue sky and silver pipes (chimneys). That was too boring for me ;-), This edit creates a little more drama, I think.
Wish you all a good evening and stay healthy :)
