Battlefront II Mos Eisley

Here are a few pictures of my Battle of Scarif Rogue One MOC. Tell me what you think :)

My updated custom pirate AAT tank, built for our @darktimesgroup Antolus l collab displayed at @_bricktastic 2024.

The story takes place in the early days of the Empire, and pirates take over some Trade Federation equipment, which they are using against the Empire.

I wanted to include as many of my own vehicle builds to this collaboration as possible, so I definitely wanted to use my existing AAT(s). As most people like it more and it fits the aesthetic of the collab better, we decided to use the tan, Trade Federation version.

The plan was to convert the clean original vehicle to a more weathered, older looking model, modified by the pirates. Since I only had the CIS colored version built before (2 of that), I had to build it from the ground up, based on my instructions.

There was some places tho, which I wasn’t happy with or felt outdated. So before actual building I changed parts in the design, like the main barrel and it’s attachment point, the side guns and also the big bottom dish part. Now I’m really happy with the whole design, more on that later…

Weathering and making the small additions was also really fun. I had some real military photos in mind as inspiration, like the machine gun on top at the hatch, the bags hanging on the turret, the rollbars and additional armor plates.

This was my first attempt at creating a custom lightsaber. I took the hilts from Assaj Ventress minifg, which shape fitted Ahsoka's sabers perfectly. Then used trans clear antenna for the blades. I had to slide a single raw LED into the hilt and hide the wire amongst Ahsoka's cloak. It was critical to get these to work for the cinematic I did and I think the effect turned out pretty well.

As requested by pretty much everyone, here are more photos of my LAAT. For anyone new, it's in perfect minifigure scale, has over 3,000 pieces, and took around four months in total to design and build. Before anyone asks, yes, there are no visible rockets on top. I tried it, but they looked messy on the smooth, vast white panels. They just looked out of place. I beleive by the time ep.3 rolled around, the LAAT's had closed up tops anyway, and mine is already a hybrid between ep.2 & 3 Gunships so it works out in the end :D

I hope it you guys like it, and that it was worth the wait!

Cheers :)

Hey ya'll! After reading up on some history in the Clone Wars, I found an interesting scene that I thought would be fun to build. Quinlan Vos was an interesting character. He became a Jedi, then turned to the dark side, and then joined the Jedi again. After turning back to the Jedi ways, Vos was sent to Kashyyyk to aid Master Yoda ad Luminara Unduli in the fight against the Confederacy. During the battle, the Emperor executed his master plan of Order 66. Luminara was killed and Master Yoda survived and was safely taken to his escape pod by Chief Tarful and Chewbacca. Quinlan Vos was in battle when the order was given. Commander Faie ordered a Juggernaut to take aim and fire on Vos. He was severely burned but survived the explosion. After making his way inland, Faie and some of his 41st troopers followed hoping to seize and take out the Jedi. They were unsuccessful and Vos slayed them all and eventually escaped from the planet.

The scene for him I decided to depict was Quinlan defending himself against the onslaught of 41st Troops. Hope ya'll enjoy!

Here the Magistrate awaits Ahsoka to reveal herself. The tower section was alot of fun to build referencing the old Ralph McQuarrie concept art from Jabba's Palace. I also added some LED lights in there to add some nice Backlight to the Magistrate.

The third section is depicting the area between opposing trench lines known as “no man’s land”. Attacks, even if successful, often sustained severe casualties because of being fully exposed to gun fire from both sides.

Mimbanese trench raids aimed at forcing temporary entry into the enemy’s line in order to destroy fortification and artillery. The Mimbanese attackers are wearing camouflaged uniforms in order to get as close as possible without being seen.

To counter that, the Empire is using lines of barbed wire to slow down and entangle attacking infantry while shooting them with E-web repeating blasters, protected within their bunkers!

Even if the Mimbanese are very brave, they seem to be fighting a loosing battle…

This is the final section I will be making, I hope you like it, any shares and feedback will be really appreciated! Let me know if you would like to see the three section combined!

This Diorama depicts 2 different locations inside/outside the Gas-Processing Vane: Main Control Room and the Sensor Balcony.

I am especially proud of the fact that you can recreate a total of 5 movie scenes from Episode V with this Diorama!

Also, I tried to incorporate as many accurate details as possible, and arranged the included locations in the exact same layout shown in the movie.

It's not a good pic but I thought I throw it into the stream just show y'all what the back detailing is like and give a better view of the spring pieces and how they support the walker. 👍

Here’s a speeder speeding into the desert.

I was inspired by Rey’s speeder in Star Wars. It could be smugglers' speeder. It appears to be built from salvage parts from different spacecraft and vehicles.

- Build by @Picsou -

This is Tark’s jet bike. Tark, belonging to the Smuggler's Alliance, built it when he was only 13 years old.

Unfortunately during an attack by the Empire on the planet Wadony-6, the young Tark found himself forcibly enrolled in the Imperial Army to serve as a mechanic on Imperial Class Stellar Destroyer.

When Tark managed to desert the Imperial Army, he was taken over by the Smugglers' Alliance. Now he takes part in all the missions against the Empire.

I Hope you enjoy it !

At the start of the Battle of Kashyyyk, two stranded, lost, and forgotten Wolfpack troopers, Howl and Scar, find their way to the 12th clone base on Kashyyyk, only to find rest from battle taken away as the Seperatist Army launches an attack from the shores of the Kashyyyk lakes. Commander Gree and Bly, both about to leave their seperate ways, Gree to meet with Yoda and Bly to leave to Felucia, are taken by surprise as the droids somehow get past the bases sensors unnoticed.

One hour before Order 66 . . . the countdown starts now . . . 59:59 . . . 59:58 . . .

The Raider Class Imperial Corvette from Star Wars Battlefront has finally launched!

Shortly after the release of my Rebel Alliance Corvus last year, Bruxxy (www.flickr.com/photos/185061854@N06/) and I started a collaborative build of the Imperial version, so this has been a long time in the making!.

Bruxxy took on the formidable role of re-designing the exterior over the frame of my rebel Corus, and he did an absolutely incredible job of it, staying true to the style of the Rebel version but expertly creating it’s Imperial counterpart. I then built and troubleshot the model to within an inch of it’s life over the course of 3 months, refining and re-making dozens of areas, internally and externally.

The end result is this behemoth. 84cm long, 48cm wide and coming in at a whopping 5484 pieces. Head over to Brickvaults YouTube channel to watch a video review of the build: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1Otge5ZABk

The overview shot of my newest build. This build was a relatively quick one, just over 10 or so days, but I really like how it turned out. My main goal was to expand upon my techniques for detailed walls, and I think I achieved that using a bunch of brackets and headlight bricks.

Having completed his transformation, the once famed Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker is no more. In his place, alongside the Emperor, Darth Vader rises to assume command as judge, jury & executioner of his masters’ will.

Vader: “You told me you could save her.”

Palpatine: “In your rage you choose… a different path. Padme… is dead my friend. Even the power of the Dark Side cannot bring her back. But in her death, she has given you a gift. Pain. Now… you must choose. Will you accept that gift? Will you use it… …Or will you die?”

Vader: “I… will live.”

Palpatine: “Good. And now…”

*proceeds to electrocute Vader with force lighting*

“Where is your light saber, Lord Vader? Use its power! Defend yourself!”

Vader: “Lost. In the fight with Obi-Wan. He… took it.”

Palpatine: “No! That blade belonged to another. A Jedi. You are a Sith. I realize this has been a… traumatic time for you. But if you touch me with the force again, I will finish what Kenobi could not. You are my friend, Lord Vader. I do hope we never find ourselves in this position again. Rise. The great work must continue. You think of revenge. You wish to leave, to find the source of all your pain. I can sense it. Set such feelings aside. Your personal vendettas pale next to the needs of our Galactic Empire. Come with me. I wish to show you something.”

Join me over the next few weeks as we explore the story of Darth Vader’s rise to power from the Darth Vader : Imperial Machine Comic Series and his search for the weapon which he would use to strike fear into the galaxy.
