Time to wrap up my visit to Akihabara electronics district now and head home- its far in excess of thirteen hours that I have been up and about with no respite barring the odd stop for lunch or coffee, so I am thoroughly pooped. Just as I turned some movement on a large video wall attracted my attention. This large and colourful set of anime characters was sliding back and forth from left to right. There were just two or three slides which kept playing in a loop. Colourful, aren't they? Anime is hand drawn based animation aimed at both the young and the old, though people who patronize these joints are usually youngsters Everything is typically Japanese, presented in Japanese and is aimed at the local Japanese, so ageing aliens (as in foreigner) like me would definitely not be welcome here!
