Thankfully, there isn't a funeral in progress so the parking lot is completely empty.

And of course, the very next day Piper was off to the races. She still has a hard time starting off by herself, but she got the hang of stopping and putting her foot down.

 

Obviously, Amanda took this picture. That's me running along behind Piper just in case she decides she can't ride the bike :)

My Valkyrie, which has since been replaced by a Goldwing, took a utility blade through the rear tire on a mountain ride. First cycle tow in ages!

Lunch before riding - and Dairy Queen Ice Cream!

One of our daughters finally shed her training wheels and is securely on two wheels now. It was an exciting day in our household. :-)

At the age of twenty, I'm teaching myself how to ride a bike. I never learned. This happened yesterday, I've improved significantly.

It was very difficult to take pictures with a baby attached to my chest. Some pictures are slightly out of focus. I chose to use this adventure to test out the Sports shooting mode on my D50.

Jay helps Hill put on his helmet. Or, did you think that was Jay's helmet?
