Opening Keynote speaker David Marquet talks about leadership and empowering those who do the work to speak up.
Pick me up when I fall to pieces
and crumble to the will of the world.
Tell me that everything will be alright
when I feel that everything is wrong.
"Lean on me when your not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on--
Lean on me."
-Bill Withers

I thought this fit Qadira and Sterling's relationship quite well especially for the first round aka First Impressions, since they both came to modeling from not the best of circumstances. Basically, it shows how good of friends they were right from the get-go and how goofy they are together. Hope you all like it, and I love the other entries so far- AH- MAZ- ING! This is going to be a very challenging but fun competition.
Constructive criticism is always welcome as well. :)
