Sometimes in our lives we all have pain
We all have sorrow
But if we are wise
We know that there's always tomorrow
Lean on me, when you're not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long
'Til I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on
Please swallow your pride
If I have things you need to borrow
For no one can fill those of your needs
That you don't let show
If there is a load you have to bear
That you can't carry
I'm right up the road
I'll share your load
If you just call me
So just call on me brother, when you need a hand
We all need somebody to lean on
I just might have a problem that you'd understand
We all need somebody to lean on
Lean on me when you're not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long
Till I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on

I hiked a majority of the NCT Hike 100 challenge with my dogs and a few of the sections with my mom. I love hiking and exploring new places. This challenge was great because it introduced me to some new trails. My favorite trails were those with creeks, waterfalls, a fire tower and lean-tos. Thank you for creating this challenge, it was fun. Happy trails!

NZ gave the world bungee jumping, zorbing and bar flying. Now we add the latest: extreme grazing. Talk about life on the edge! Ewe wouldn't believe the facts about this sport. The slopes are so steep the sheep are bred with the legs on one side shorter than the other. This makes it difficult to muster them because they can only go around the hills in one direction. And when they get down on the plains they turn into lean meat.
Lean On Me is made from reclaimed scrap metal including RSJ beams and box section. This metal sculpture has been a labour of love, needing countless coats of car paint and lacquer. Not to mention the rubbing down between coats and masking off each section and the hastle of moving it. However, I am very happy with the end result and am looking forward to seeing it on show.
