According to a newspaper article about this mural, La Guiannee (or La Guigholee according to another source) is a celebration connected with the New Year. Perhaps someone out there will have more precise information. In any case it looks like the French settlers were having a good time.

LEAD Program.
The Human Resources department wanted to increase applications to their development program for high-achieving college graduates. With a name like Corporate Management Development Program, how could you say no? So the creative director and I took a hard look at all its touch points, from the script the recruiters work from when calling students all the way to the name of the program.
The theme was called “PRIZE CATCH” to both promote Great American Insurance Group to college students as an employer of choice and to make students understand the distinctiveness of the LEAD opportunity. Bowls of Swedish fish were shipped to 40 contacts in boxes that also included a gift pen, posters, the AFG Annual Report and personalized correspondence from HR’s recruiting team.
It didn't hurt that the head of HR had a weakness for Swedish Fish.
