If there's one thing they do in Gumi it's make LCD screens, both Samsung and LG have giant factories here. Neatly illustrating the oddness of the place in this photo Dongnak Park is over the road from no less than six electronics factories. You could pretend it was a peaceful place to relax but the buzzing of the giant LCD factories is your constant companion.
Taken with my HTC G1 using a Playstation2 laser lense over my phones lense. Had to get really close to find out it worked but wow.
Proof that the 1st Gens have the best LCDs.
Mimi's 8GB 1st gen seems to have the best color, followed by my 4GB 1st Gen... both are miles apart from my 3GS; which has that famous yellowish tint.

A makeshift light table. One disadvantage... you can clearly see the underlying monitor pixels through the slides, which makes the slides seem pixel-y.
