After 6 straight hours of trying to figure out why the code wasn't working, I think I can finally start making it display things. Future display for the BMW. And remember, SD Quits.
My SD500's LCD got broked. luckily for 60 bucks, some steady hands, and about an hour of my time I was able to repair my beloved canon.

I actually scanned my camera, lol. With the LCD screen turned on! Actually, it's not too bad. Go Canon!
I went outside to take some shots, and the vast majority of them sucked because I had to look through that tiny screen in order to try and frame the shots.
LCD screens are a pain in sunlight!
But I think some of my shots turned out OK. Might post them later.
In the meantime, just imagine me cursing at that little LCD screen right now. lol
Will I upgrade? Maybe. But DSLR is way out of my league, and thus also out of my desired price range.
Cannon has an S5 point and shoot that kind of looks like a DSLR. Might be interested in that eventually. Dunno. Cheers.
