I'm building an Arduino based intervalometer for canon DSLRs. Here's a messy prototype. Took 2 shots to make this image -- one normal & 1 very underexposed for the LCD screen.
D40 LCD product shot. Kind of a strobist shot. Cranked up the LCD to full brightness and had an SB-600 high in a stand behind the camera firing through an umbrella (see it in the viewfinder?) to get some of the texture of the black camera. The SB-600 was fired in TTL mode via the commander on my D80 with -1EV compensation to help the LCD expose a bit brighter. Probably should have done more depth of field to get the buttons on the left sharper, but I wanted the D40 Kit box in the background to stay blurred...
