For such a tiny thing it sure is a pain to get good pics of... due to its heavy weight i was able to put it infront of locomotives without the threat of derailing even at high speeds

With the boards finished, May 2009, it was time to dig out some old set-track and play trains for a while. Most of my rolling stock hasn't seen use since 1982.

I tried to combine sketch+colour combo+technique! I embellished and highlighted some parts of the blue paper using the technique (left side and top right of the page)... I altered the sketch again. I used papers from TheGirl'sPaperie, LYB & RougedeGarance and plenty of OA stickers... I undusted my butterfly punch and the scalloped circle punch (this workshop gave me a great opportunity to do so)!

The layout has been dismantled for a good clean, to remove loose ballast and other scenic granules. which took around an hour !
